1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 2 - 5 days of your order and should arrive at your door within a week for most items curated items.

JB Collection Apparel and Accessories are made-to-order so they will typically arrive in under 2 weeks for North American shipments.

I suggest using Shop Pay to track your orders!



2. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact me within 15 days from when you receive your item for a full refund and 30 days for a store credit.

Why? Honestly, processing returns is a pain for both of us. As Edna Mode once said, "I never look back, darling. It distracts from the now."

So just email me at sales@journeybetterboutique.com to tell me what went wrong & send along a pic, and I’ll take care of you!

Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity, recycle it or gift it.


3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you cancel before the item is shipped. Sometimes orders get sent out before the cancellation can be processed. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.


4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply email sales@journeybetterboutiqe.com, and I’ll give you a refund.

You won’t be asked to ship the product back to JBB.


5. Do you offer exchanges?

JBB does not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just email sales@journeybetterboutiqe.com and I will see what we can do. 

JB Collection apparel and accessories are made-to-order. Please take a look at the size guides and ensure you're ordering the size and color you prefer. It is possible to put in a new order if absolutely necessary, however the shipping and processing times will be the same as the original.
